Terms of Service

Welcome to ResumeGrow. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and deliverables. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, purchasing a service, or otherwise engaging with ResumeGrow, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use our services. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Description of Services

We provide professional career-services, including but not limited to: resume writing, CV writing, cover letters, LinkedIn profile optimization, interview coaching, career consultations, and related document upgrades. Specific deliverables, inclusions, and timelines are listed on each service page or in your order confirmation.

4. Orders & Payment

• All orders must be paid in full before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Prices are stated on the website and may be in PKR or other currencies; applicable taxes or processing fees may apply.
• Payments are processed via approved third-party payment providers. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide.
• We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order at our sole discretion.

5. Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery is typically 48–72 hours from receipt of all required information. Rush delivery (where offered) is typically 24 hours. Timelines start once we have received your completed intake form, supporting documents, and payment. Delays caused by incomplete client information do not count toward our delivery commitment.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.
• Respond to our requests for clarification within a reasonable time.
• Review drafts and submit revision requests within the timeframes set out below.
• Comply with applicable laws and respect the rights of third parties.

7. Revision Policy

Most packages include two (2) complimentary revisions within 7 days of the first delivery. Additional revisions, or revisions requested after the 7-day window, may be subject to an additional fee. Revisions are limited to the original scope; new sections, fresh content, or major direction changes may be quoted separately.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Before work begins: full refund available, less any non-refundable payment processing fees.
• After work begins but before first delivery: partial refund may be granted based on the work already completed.
• After first delivery: orders are non-refundable; instead, you may use your included revisions to resolve concerns.
• Service failure: in the unlikely event we cannot fulfil your order, we will issue a full refund.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to resumegrowservices@gmail.com.

9. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final delivered documents and may use them for your personal job-search purposes. We retain ownership of our templates, frameworks, methodologies, and the right to display anonymized samples of our work in our portfolio and marketing materials. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute our deliverables, templates, or content.

We treat all client information as confidential and only share it with team members and processors who need it to deliver your service. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumeGrow, its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or lost data, arising from your use of our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ResumeGrow from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our services, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse our team, or otherwise act in bad faith. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, liability, indemnity, and governing law) will continue to apply.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; failing that, by the competent courts located in Pakistan.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
